REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing www.organizewithwood.com! We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple refund and return process.

1. Return Conditions
   Please ensure that your return meets the following conditions:
   The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
   All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
   Specially ordered or discounted items are not eligible for return policy.
2. Return Process
   If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
   Contact Customer Service: Contact us via email at frostwill@organizewithwood.com and explain why you wish to return the item. Please include your order number and the name of the product.
   Get a Return Authorization: Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
   Prepare your return package: Please package the product and all included accessories intact and write your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package.
   Ship the product back: Ship the package to the specified address. Please retain proof of mailing.
3. Refunds
   Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned merchandise.
   Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise is defective or incorrect (i.e. the wrong item was sent or it was damaged).
4. Exchange Policy
   Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, we recommend that you return the item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
   If the merchandise you received is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos to prove the problem so we can process it quickly.
   We will cover the return shipping costs due to our error and provide a full refund or replacement merchandise.
